From London:

Take the M11 to Junction 9, then the A11 to Thetford by-pass. At the third roundabout turn left onto the A134 (sign posted Kings Lynn). After about 5 miles turn right at Lynford crossroads, Race site will be signposted about 0.5 mile on the right.

From The North:

Take a17 to Kings Lynn, then A10 and A134 south towards Thetford. At Mundford roundabout go straight over (2nd exit) and after about 1.5 miles turn left at Lynford crossroads. Race site will be signposted about 0.5 mile on the right.

Course Description:

The West Tofts/Lynford section of the Thetford forest has been kindly opened up for us by forest Enterprise purely as a limited race site – no training is allowed in this area. The trails are excellent, mostly grass or packed sand, though a few short gravely sections may be used to connect better trails. Distances will, as usual, depend on the weather conditions, but we hope to run different trails for each class on the Saturday race day, there will be a fun day on the Sunday. For lovers of wildlife: red deer, fallow, roe, muntjac, rabbits, hare, fox, squirrel, pheasants, partridges and mules (large spotty quadrupeds with big ears) have all been seen in this area – please be aware!
